30The West Coast IPA that won us gold at the Poznań 2015 craft beer contest. As the name suggests, we used ten different hops varieties to brew this one, adding them in equal proportions at each of the seven stages of hopping. The result is a highly drinkable and aromatic India Pale Ale.
Ingredients: Water; Barley malts: Pale Ale; Hops: Amarillo, Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, Equinox, Cascade, Chinook, Centennial, Zeus, Sorachi Ace; Yeast: US-05
Unfiltered, pasteurized.
Serving temperature: 8-10˚C, Suggested glass: IPA Glass/Nonic, Label by FLOV
