-Miss Big Foot is the first beer in the BIRBANT & Friends line, a series of collaborations with friendly craft beer pubs. It was brewed together with the folks from Poznań-based Piwna Stopa pub with the recipe authored by homebrewer Sebastian Łęszczak.
Ingredients: water; Barley malts: Pale Ale, Munich, Special W, Caraaroma, Carafa I, Roasted barley; Wheat malt; Muscovado sugar, Polish smoked prunes, orange zest, vanilla beans; Hops: Magnum, East Kent Goldings, Lubelski, Citra, Centennial; Yeast: S-04.
Unfiltered, pasteurized.
Serving temperature: 8-12˚C, Suggested glass: Stout Glass, Label by FLOV
