FOUNDER / brewmaster
A graduate in fermentation technology, involved in brewing since the early 2000s. He applies academic knowledge and professional brewery experience to ensure process control and consistent quality.
A homebrewer since 2003, developing his own approach to recipes and styles over the years. Hands-on practice and a no-compromise approach to flavour have become the foundation for many beers that continue to return to the lineup.
2015-2023
Consistent expansion of the portfolio with new wave styles and original interpretations of classic craft beers. An intensive period of recipe development, limited series, and seasonal brews. Parallel presence at numerous industry events in Poland and across European markets strengthened brand recognition.
2024
A rebranding process that organized the visual identity and brand communication. A refreshed image while maintaining continuity in product character.
2025
Winning the Kraft Roku 2025 title, confirming the brewery’s quality and competitiveness on a national scale. The distinction reflects many years of technological and recipe development and reinforces Birbant’s position as a mature craft brand.
